Pythia is a framework for creating online reputation systems. Pythia is deployed as a virtual server, which stores identity transaction data and processes reputation queries. Pythia was built using Ruby on Rails and uses OpenID for authentication.

The Enterprise Computing Lab (ECLab) at the BYU's Computer Science department researches virtualization; web services; distributed authentication, authorization, and reputation; and their applicability in web-scale systems.
